Mr. Rudrawar, the learned advocate appears for the non applicant No. 1. The learned Addl. G. P. appears for non applicant Nos. 2 and 3. This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing review application.

Mr. Rudrawar, the learned advocate for the non applicant No. 1 opposes the application on the ground no sufficient cause is stated.

It is observed that, this Court had dismissed the writ petition to the extent of the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee, however, granted protection to the original writ petitioner under judgment and order dated 12.01.2017. The present applicants had assailed the said order by filing Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court. The Apex Court disposed of said proceedings on 17.07.2017 granting liberty to applicants to file review application.

The delay caused is on account of the remedy availed by present applicants before the Apex Court and the Apex Court in the Special Leave Petition filed by the present applicants has granted liberty to applicants to file review. Thereafter, present review application is filed.

The delay caused is not intentional, but is on account of the proceedings taken up by the present applicants before the Apex Court.
