Vide present Writ Petition, the prayer is made to appoint an Administrator on respondent no.5 with other reliefs. 2] Learned AGP has placed on record the recommendation given by Education officer to the Director of Education, Pune regarding the withdrawal of the respondent no.6 school. 3] We have heard learned counsel for respective parties. We cannot enter into merits of the submission as Education Officer has already forwarded proposal/recommendation to the Director of Education, Pune and has initiated the process. 4] Interest of justice would be sub-served by passing following order :

{2} wp8764-14.odt a] The Director of Education shall process the said proposal/recommendation dated 2/1/2015 forwarded by Education Officer, Primary in respect of respondent no.6 school and shall take decision on the same expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of the order after following the principles of natural justice on its own merits.

5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Needless to state, if any order is passed, the aggrieved party can always assail the same.
