Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed prior to the Government Resolution dated 2nd May, 2012 and 6th February, 2012. In view of that the government Resolution relied in the impugned order would not apply to the petitioner. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as 'Shikshan Sevak' was allowed on 26.11.2013. Under the impugned order the same is cancelled only on the ground that because of Government Resolution dated 2nd May, 2012 there was ban on recruitment.

As already stated, the appointment of the petitioner was prior to the Government Resolution dated 2nd May, 2012 and 6th February, 2012 and the said Government Resolutions would not apply to the petitioner.

In the light of above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside.

The necessary consequential benefits shall follow.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
