The Applicant prays that the name of Shri Pandurang Pralhad Pawar should be deleted from the annexure of employees, who are parties to Complaint (ULP) No.181/1999 (old No.819/1989), for the reason that he has already been granted regularization and has been subsequently promoted as an Agriculture Assistant.

The learned AGP does not oppose the request.

This Civil Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Shri Pandurang Pralhad Pawar shall be disassociated with the pending Writ Petition.
