Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents.

Learned AGP for respondent State submits that, though the Writ Petition is seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, however, the caste claim of the petitioner has already been invalidated in the year 2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, till today the petitioner has not received copy of such an order, nor the same has been served on the petitioner.

We, therefore, direct, the respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to supply copy of the order of invalidation of

925wp11008.25 petitioner's caste claim to the petitioner by tomorrow i.e. on 11.09.2025.
