Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

Considering the cause of action putforth by the petitioners in the Writ Petition and in the light of Section 390 read with Section 388(3) of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, the petitioners have a remedy in the form of preferring a Civil Revision Application before this Court. 3.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to prefer a Civil Revision Application under Section 388 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Pendency of this petition from 19.9.2014 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for condonation of delay, if any.
