By this Petition, the Petitioner prays for a decision at the hands of the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule on the proposal forwarded by the Management dated 15.10.2019, for grant of approval to the compassionate appointment of the Petitioner.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that such a decision could be taken within four

(04) weeks. The learned Advocate for the

As such, this Petition is disposed off.

Let the Education Officer take a decision on the said proposal, on or before 11.10.2022 and ensure that the copy of the order is served upon the Management as well as the Petitioner, on or before 21.10.2022.

Needless to state, the Education Officer would arrive at a decision on the merits of the proposal and by considering the relevant record and the law applicable.
