1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the order dated 31.7.2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of appeal in consequence of default in taking steps. 2] Considering the submissions advanced and the reasons assigned, I am of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. If the application is not allowed and the appeal is not restored, there is every likelihood that a meritorious matter may be rejected for technical reason. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to remove ofce objections.

3] Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The appeal is restored. Ofce objections be removed before 06.03.2020.
