Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 - insurance company objects to permit withdrawal of amount.

It was a death claim. The appeal is filed for enhancement of compensation. Three of the claimants appear to be minor. In the fitness of things, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), provided the applicants shall not be entitled for interest for the delayed period of 415 days, if they get any enhancement in this appeal.
