Miss Pansambal, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the assistant teacher namely Kanchan Datta Narod from unaided to aided post is pending with the Education Officer since April 2017. No decision is taken on it as yet.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, in case proposal is pending, the authority would take decision upon it, in accordance with

In case proposal submitted by the petitioner Exhibit - B collectively is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Z. P. Nanded, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
