This matter was heard extensively on 3.1.2023. We were about to dictate the order when the learned advocate sought a pass over, overnight.

Today, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on specific instructions, that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since he intends to pursue the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, praying for compassionate appointment. 3.

The learned advocate representing respondent Nos. 2 and 3, Zilla Parishad, submits that the Zilla Parishad would oppose such a request in the light of various judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off since the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and pursue respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
