Mr. Narwadkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the question of salary also would be involved. The said aspect shall be considered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and the decision with regard to payment of salary to the petitioner shall also be taken within a period of three months. 3.
