After four weeks, the matter could not be taken up due to paucity of time and came to be adjourned to today. Even today, none has

The petition arises out of the proceedings of change report filed in the year 2022 under the Bombay Public Trust Act. There is no interim order granted by this Court. The petition may have become infructuous by efflux of time.
