It is the case of the applicant that this Court was pleased to grant stay to the execution of the judgment and decree; and in view of dismissal of Second Appeal, said protection be continued for a period of four weeks.

Shri Gangakhedkar, learned Counsel for the respondents, opposed the said claim in view of the concurrent findings.

Be that as it may, in my opinion, in the interest of justice, it will be appropriate to stay the execution proceedings for a further period of six weeks; and accordingly stay is granted for execution proceedings for a further period of six weeks. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) pjm
