Heard rival submissions.

All these applications are filed for setting aside order dated 30.11.2021 passed by the learned Registrar by which the respective appeals alongwith the Civil Applications mentioned in the applications were dismissed for want of removal of office objections. There is also delay of 839 days.

Learned Counsel for the respective applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 4.
In view of the same, the applications stand allowed in terms of their prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to cost of Rs.1,500/- (rupees One Thousand and Five Hundreds only) each to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.
5.
The applicants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits in respect of the aforesaid periods of delay on the enhanced compensation, if granted.
