The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is pending with the Education Officer (Page No. 31). The same is not yet decided.

In case proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided (page No. 31) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
