The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a review application seeking review of the judgment and order dated 22-07-2019 passed by the Hon'ble Minister in revision. It appears that the petitioner has filed an application for bringing LRs on record of respondent no.1 in the review proceedings in July - 2021.

We may not stipulate the time, however the Hon'ble Minister may endevour to decide the said review application expeditiously, of course, after hearing all the parties concerned. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
