PER COURT :- The learned advocates for the applicant and respondent No.2 submit that the parties have amicably settled the matter between them. The affidavit of the informant, who has suffered injury, is also placed on record.

Considering the fact that the matter has been amicably settled out the court and offence is not of serious in nature, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B and C on the condition that the applicants to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) as costs, in the Registry of this Court on or before 30.08.2023 alongwith the details, such as, name of the depositor, his/her PAN number, Mobile number and address. On deposit of the said amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to
