This Court on April 25, 2016 has passed following order : "4.

Issue notice to the added respondent, returnable on 9th June, 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that within two weeks from today, the petitioner will file a representation before the concerned respondents, for her transfer from Javale-Baleshwar, Tq. Sangamner, Dist.Ahmednagar to any place in Parner Taluka/Ahmednagar Rural area.

If such proposal is filed by the petitioner within two

weeks from today, the respondents shall consider the same in the month of May/June, 2016, as per the Government policy and shall communicate the decision to the petitioner and also inform this Court about such decision through Advocate."

Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has filed representation on 3.5.2016. It was decided that petitioner has worked for four years, one month and twelve days, the request for transfer can not be considered. According to Mr.Shelke, learned counsel, the request transfer can be considered after five (5) years. 4.

In any case five (5) years would be completed before the next General Transfer to be effectuated in April/May 2017. 5.

The petitioner may file a fresh representation to the Respondents within a period of three (3) weeks with regard to her request transfer. The Respondent-authority shall consider the same and pass orders on it at the time of next General Transfers to be effectuated in April/May 2017.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
