The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 455 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the application and reasons of delay. The applicant states that due to poor financial condition he could not file the appeal within time. Further the applicant is pursuing for just compensation towards acquired land.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in condoning the delay. In the result, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. C.A. stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable six weeks. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.
