Petitioner is requesting for condoning the period for which he was rendered surplus for being considered for fixation of pension and seeking its revision. Communication to that effect is addressed to the respondent No. 4 (Exhibit - D), copy of which is forwarded to the respondent No. 2/Commissioner, is pending with the authority.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to take appropriate decision/steps on its on merits on the petitioner's application Exhibit - D, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
