PER COURT :- The learned AGP appearing for the State informs that, the copy of caste certificate is ready and it would be open for the petitioner to collect the same by approaching the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner may approach the Sub Divisional Officer and collect the caste certificate. The petitioner shall tender proposal to the scrutiny committee, in the prescribed proforma, for verification of caste certificate, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of caste certificate. The committee shall accept the proposal and take appropriate decision in the matter in observance of the procedure prescribed under the Act and Rules, within one year from the date of receipt of the proposal. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate the scrutiny committee in disposal of the validation claim. The respondent No.4 employer shall not take any adverse action until the decision on the validation claim by the scrutiny committee.
