It is submitted that in view of the settlement between the Insurance Company and owner of the vehicle, nothing survive in the first appeals. 1/2

The orders are marked as Exh. 'X', which are passed in execution proceedings initiated by present respondent no. 2-Insurance Company. The claimants received the amount in the execution. Both first appeals have become infructuous.
