Writ petition was dismissed pursuant to the conditional order passed by the Court that if the petitioners fails to file rejoinder, the same shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Mr.Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the rejoinder is now ready and same would be filed within two weeks with the Registry.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B) on condition that rejoinder is filed within two weeks from today. Civil application disposed of.
