This is yet another Application seeking quashment of Crime bearing No.79 of 2012
registered at Neknoor Police Station, Neknoor, Dist-Beed for offences punishable under Section 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 32(b) of the Bombay Money Lenders Act.

One Sangita, wife of Janardhan Shinde filed complaint with police alleging that the Applicant and 14 others had lent money to her husband Janardhan and they were demanding the amount back and in the process her husband was harassed. She alleged that her husband ultimately committed suicide.

The police registered offence against all 15 accused persons. One by one, other accused came before this Court and got the case quashed against them. Number of accused succeeded in getting the cases quashed against them. We have perused such orders, which are annexed to this Application. The case against the Applicant is no different than
the allegations made against the accused whose applications were allowed earlier. On the ground of parity, the Applicant deserves similar relief. 4.
In the result, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) to the Application.
