ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is that, the compensation is not paid though the award is passed on 30.07.2016 by the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

Affidavit is filed by the State stating that the demand is made to the State Government for getting funds as per the awarded amount.

3.

The respondents shall make the payment of compensation to the petitioners as per the award dt. 30.07.2016 within a period of six months from today.
