The Petitioner submits that his Revenue Recovery Certificate is not executed and a direction to the Tahasildar, Paithan, needs to be issued for executing the same. It is stated, on instructions, that there are no securitisation proceedings pending in this matter.

The learned AGP submits that if there is no legal impediment, the Revenue Recovery Certificate would be executed within four months.

In view of the above statement and in the absence of any legal impediment, the concerned Tahasildar shall execute the Revenue Recovery Certificate, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 120 days from today. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
