ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for applicant and the learned APP for State.

The application is filed for allowing the petitioner, original complainant to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2.7 lakh probably deposited by the applicant from Criminal Application No. 2926/2013, which was pending in this Court. This Court had directed the accused to deposit the amount which was stolen property for getting released on bail. As this money is to be treated as stolen property under section 410 of I.P.C., the application is be filed before Judicial Magistrate, First Class, who is dealing with the matter and this Court cannot directly entertain the matter. The concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class can entertain the matter. With these observations, the application is disposed of.
