The petitioner is praying for issuance of writ of certiorari to quash and set aside the order dated 12.06.2017 passed by this Court in writ petition No.7036 of 2017 and the election program dated 31.07.2017 declared by the Chairman of the Managing Board of Chalisgaon Education Society, Chalisgaon.

So far as the prayer made by the petitioner in respect of quashing of the order passed by the High Court in another petition i.e. bearing writ petition No.7036 of 2017 is concerned, the present Bench of equal strength could not entertain such a request and it would be for

( 2 ) wp10063.17 the petitioner to avail of the remedy of seeking review of the said order, if advised accordingly.

So far as the election programme of the trust is concerned, it has already been set in motion. The petitioner points out several illegalities and irregularities in furthering the programme by the Election Officer. Since the process has already commenced, we refrain to cause interference in ongoing process. It would be open for the petitioner, to tender complaint to the Charity Authorities under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, and concerned Charity Authority may take appropriate decision in conformity with the provisions of law and in observance of the procedure as prescribed.
