This is an application for modification of order dated 5th August, 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Bail Application No.1388/2021. 2.

The applicants were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 5th August, 2021 on condition that they shall mark their presence on every Wednesday in every week in CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad. It is submitted that the applicants have complied the conditions imposed while granting anticipatory bail. The applicants have been attending the concerned police Station from 5th August, 2021. Applicant No.3 is from Nashik and Applicant No.4 is resident of Solapur. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed.

Considering the fact that the applicants had complied the directions of reporting the concerned police station and charge sheet

has been filed, the condition of reporting can be relaxed. Hence, I pass the following order:

O R D E R

i.

Criminal application No. 2302/2021 is allowed. ii. The order dated 5th August, 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cri. Bail Application No. 1388/2021 is modified and condition directing the applicants to mark their presence on every Wednesday in every week in CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad is relaxed.

Application stands disposed of.
