Present civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 217 days caused in filing the appeal. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants are dependents of the deceased who was the bread earning member in the family. The Tribunal has not properly considered the income of the deceased and granted compensation of Rs.2,55,000/- only. The applicants have no money to file appeal, so they decided file appeal after receipt of the compensation amount. The applicants received amount in February 2023. Thereafter, the applicants collected necessary documents for filing of appeal and filed the appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay. The application is allowed and disposed of.
