The matter was heard on 7th September, 2015, same was adjourned to enable Mr. Deshpande, the learned ASG to take instructions about the further process undertaken pursuant to the publication of the list, so also, the present stage of the further process.

Mr. Deshpande, learned ASG, upon instructions, makes a statement that, the whole scheme is being reviewed once again and if it is thought fit to continue with the scheme, fresh publication would be made inviting offers. Pursuant to the publication which is already made, there would not be any further process. Same has come to an end.
