Heard Mr. Koli, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr Kadethankar, the learned counsel for the State Election Commission has placed on record a communication dated 22.12.2020 received by him from the Deputy Commissioner, State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

As per the said communication, the State Election Commission will take corrective action by cancelling election programme and issuing fresh ward formation for election of Gram Panchayat Alegaon, Ta. Kandhar. 4.

In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
