This application is for condonation of delay of 1944 days caused in filing the appeal seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation awarded by the learned Reference Court.

Since the application is by the land owners whose lands they have lost in acquisition. Hence, this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application stands allowed subject to deposit of cost of Rs. 1,500/- (Rs. Fifteen Hundred Only) to be deposited in the office of Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad within four weeks from today.

b) Delay of 1944 days stands condoned.

c) Application stands disposed off.
