Mr. Sandanshiv submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondents nos. 4 to 6 and seeks time. 2.

The biological mother had filed this petition for habeas corpus of a child aged 20 - 22 months.

The child was produced before this Court during vacation on 03-11-2022 and it was handed over to the petitioner. Even if the respondents nos. 4 to 6 and particulalrly respondent no. 6, who happens to be the biological father has some rights to claim custody, it is always open for him to approach the civil court with appropriate remedy.

The writ petition is disposed of.
