This application has been received through jail. The applicant has been granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- way back on 20.01.2022. He could not furnish surety in the like amount. Admittedly, the applicant has been tendered pardon in terms of Section 306 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The order dated 20.01.2022 indicates the applicant had complied with the conditions for grant of tender of pardon and even given evidence against the accused therein.
