ORDER

The matter is not on board, however, at the request of the parties, taken on board.

This appeal arising out of the MACP No.329/2017 filed before the MACT, Dhule is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company with authorized signatory Mr. Vishal Bodkhe is present. Mr. Shrikant S. Patil, learned counsel for respondents/original claimants is present along with claimants. 3.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The appellant/Insurance Company has already deposited an

2615.2024FA -2amount of Rs.1,48,31,717/- in this Court.

As per the compromise terms, the respondents are entitled for an amount of Rs.1,24,45,000/- with accrued interest and the remaining amount be refunded to the Insurance Company along with accrued intrest thereon.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.1,24,45,000/- with accrued interest to Chairman/Member, MACT, Dhule. The Chairman/Member, MACT, Dhule shall deposit an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- each in the name of minors as per the directions given in para (i) of its order dated 17.02.2023 and rest of the amount be paid to claimant no.1 - grand mother i.e. Asha Suresh Bhavsar. Rest of the order be complied with as per the award passed by the MACT, Dhule. 8.

The Chairman/Member, MACT, dhule be informed accordingly.

The court fees be refunded as per rule.

Civil Application, if any, is disposed of.
