It appears from the communication that has been received from an under trial prisoner, who is in Dhule Jail in connection with C.R. No. 357/2017, that his Sessions Case is pending for trial before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule. He states that since the date of his arrest he is in Jail and there is no much progress in the matter. He is making two prayers; first, for disposal of his case as early as possible and second, to release him on bail. However, we cannot forget the fact that his bail application has been rejected twice, but then he may also, in the alternative, pray for early disposal of the case. 2.
