Mr.Patil, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the State Government against the impugned order.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. 4.
The interim order passed by this Court shall continue for a period of three (3) weeks, so as to enable the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings and seek interim relief. Needless to state, on lapse of three (3) weeks, the interim order passed by this Court shall come to an end.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
