This application is filed for deleting respondent Nos. 3 to 6 and adding new respondent Nos. 3 to 11. A settlement is arrived between the parties. The settlement format is already executed before the Hon'ble Apex Court on 29.07.2024.

In view of the settlement, now the applicant wants to settle the matter between the parties and get the petition disposed off. Learned Advocate Mr. H.P. Jadhav informs that he has received instructions to appear for proposed respondent Nos. 3 to 11. He also gives number of two other matters, which are filed by proposed respondent Nos. 3 to 11. The number of these matters are WP No.10398 of 2018 and WP

( 2 ) {ca9920.24} No.10397 of 2018.
