Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that since June - 2015 and January - 2017 in Writ Petition Nos. 10108 of 2017 and 10109 of 2017 respectively, the validation proceedings

2 wp 10108.17+ in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners are pending. The petitioners have appeared for first year B.A.M.S. examination, however, the results are withheld on the ground that validities are not submitted.

We have heard the learned advocate for the respondent No. 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader. 3.

Considering the fact that validation proceedings are pending, we pass the following orderORDER I] The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

II] The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 12th March, 2018.

III] The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

3 wp 10108.17+ IV] The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the results of the petitioners first year B.A.M.S. examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. V] In case the petitioners are otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refrain the petitioners from prosecuting their studies in the second year also. 4.
