Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned Counsel for the appellant is present with his client. Mr.Goyanka, learned Counsel appearing for respondent-Insurance company, is present with Mr.S.P.Kalse, Senior Divisional Manager, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. (respondent).

Both claimants/Insurance Company produced on record a memo of compromise duly signed by them and their respective Advocates. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties. Award be drawn accordingly.
