The grievance of the petitioner is that though proposal has been submitted on 18th July, 2017 by respondent No.4 for approval to be granted by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but till date, said proposal has not been considered and decided. 2.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and petitioner's entitlement, we are disposing of the petition by directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the said proposal and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner to serve copy of this order on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for information.
