PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Respondent waives notice. By a separate order passed by this Court, First Appeal is already admitted.

There shall be interim relief in terms of the prayer clause 'B' on the condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded amount with interest in this Court within 12 weeks from today without fail. It is made clear that if the applicant does not deposit the amount within the time prescribed, interim stay granted by this Court to stand vacated without reference to Court. It is made clear that no extension would be granted.

Original claimant would be at liberty to file application for seeking withdrawal of the amount.

If any such application is filed by the original claimant

(2) same would be considered on its own merit.

Civil Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
