The Civil Application No.13250 of 2010 is filed for condonation of delay of 92 days caused in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the said application, more particularly an administrative reasons as stated by the learned Advocate for the applicant, the delay of 92 days is condoned. The application for condonation of delay stands allowed and disposed of.

In Civil Application No.13251/2010 filed for stay to the impugned award, the learned Advocate for the appellant submits that he would deposit the amount as directed by the Tribunal along with accrued

There shall be ad-interim stay to the award passed by the Tribunal subject to deposit of the entire amount as directed by the Tribunal along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of four weeks.
