The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer since November, 2018. 2.

The learned Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh.C) is pending with the respondent No.3, the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits and in
