Though the petitioner has filed a proposal with the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee for validation of his tribe certificate in the year 2022 he is approaching us at the fag end when he is to submit the documents by 16 August 2023 having appeared at the NEET-UG-2023.

The learned AGP informs that the matter is resting with the vigilance cell and the committee would need another four months to decide the proposal.

Since the petitioner has approached us only in the first week of August 2023, we can only make a request to the committee an endeavour to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible within two weeks.
