The petitioners have challenged the order dated 08.07.2025 passed on the Roznama. The application was moved to transfer the proceedings from the Sub-Divisional Officer, Udgir to any other authority. The said application is rejected. 3.

The listing of the applications before the appropriate authority is the job of the Collector and that it cannot be inferred that the authority before whom the matter is placed would conduct the matter adverse to these petitioners.

In the event, the final judicial orders are against the petitioners / applicants, they would be entitled to challenge the

2 21 same on it's own merits before the appropriate authority. No case is made out for seeking transfer of the application from one authority to another authority.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the concerned authority before whom the matter was heard has closed the matters for orders on 05.08.2025 without hearing the petitioners in the matter.

In the event, the final order goes against the petitioners / applicants, they would be entitled to raise all grounds in the appeal / revision before the appropriate authority. 7.
