Heard. Perused the impugned award. The deceased was travelling in a tractor trolley. It is therefore said that the appellant - Insurance Company has no liability to pay any amount of compensation. It is a death claim.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon as against furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit, pending the appeal.

The civil application stands disposed of.
