Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has challenged order dated 20.1.2014, by which, the application for appointment of the Court Commissioner was rejected in RCS No.219 of 2009. By judgment dated 10.8.2016, the said suit has been dismissed and this matter is rendered infructuous 2.

Shri Surve, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner informs him about the judgment dated 10.8.2016 and the suit having been dismissed.
